SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping on all orders to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after shipping. During holidays or peak periods, delivery may take a little longer.

TRACKING
Every order is shipped with tracking. You can track your order with the link in your shipping confirmation email.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility. Most orders are not charged duties.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, please email us at office@qniquw.com and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us right away if you need to change it before your order ships.
